Over the last 10 years, Fernando has worked in some of the best restaurants and hotel boutiques that Queensland has to offer, such as Aria Brisbane, Stokehouse and Spicers Resorts.
Learning from some of the best sommeliers in the state, Fernando has developed a deep knowledge and passion about wine, beer and spirits from Australia and all over the world.
